We can retrieve your username or T-number, but not your password. If you don't know your username or T-number then please call us at 479-968-0646 for assistance.
If you have forgotten your password but have already provided your recovery information, namely, your non-ATU email or cell phone number, you can use Forgot Password on the AMS website. You can update your recovery information using the Personal Information card on OneTech.
However, if you have not provided your recovery information, we will need to follow security procedures to process you for a recovery password using the same phone number provided above.
