Summary:
Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications and services from Adobe Inc. that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and may include optional cloud services.
Terms of Use:
This software has usage restrictions. ATU has three different licenses available to the university population.

Named User License
- All Faculty and Staff are assigned a named user license.
- This type of license allows the user to install this software on their work computer and one personal computer.
- You may only have two devices active at one time.
- Named users are allowed to use the software on device-licensed computers.

Device Licenses
- All students are assigned a device license.
- The device license version of Adobe Creative Cloud is installed on lab computers and student workstations
- Users can only use the software on a computer that has a device license version installed.
- Device licenses are not allowed on non-ATU-owned personal computers.
- Named User Student License
- ATU has a small number of named user licenses available for students to check out.
- These licenses allow students to install the software on their personal computers for a short amount of time.
- Licenses are available after the 11th day of classes and are taken back at the end of that semester. Licenses are not allowed to roll over to the next semester.
- Classes that teach Adobe Creative Cloud as part of the curriculum are given first priority. The remaining licenses are then made available to the rest of the student population until they run out.

Special Notes
- This software license is authorized for ATU teaching and day-to-day business purposes only. You may not use this software license for personal profit.

Adobe does not allow both Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat DC to reside on the same computer. Adobe Reader is removed when Adobe Acrobat DC is installed.
Where Can This Software be Installed:
This software is approved on all ATU-owned computers based on the Terms of Use above.
Request Install:
Adobe Creative Cloud is part of the basic software package and should be installed on all ATU-owned computers.

How to Update Adobe Creative Cloud:
Adobe can send out updates for their software at any time. It is a good idea to keep it updated at all times.
- Click on the start menu.
- Scroll through your applications until you find Adobe Creative Cloud and click on it.
- From this interface you can install applications and update your currently installed applications.
Selecting the three dots next to the Open button will allow you to uninstall an application.
- To enable auto-update select the Account icon in the upper right corner and select Preferences.
- Select Apps from the left sidebar menu
To set automatic updates for all apps turn on Auto-update
- Click Done when you are finished. Close out all Creative Cloud Windows.
