If you are experiencing a white bar across your screen or a black bar across your screen on a Windows Computer, this is usually a display glitch that causes this. There are usually two different things to try in order to clear this.
For the first attempted fix: to go into the Display settings on your computer, which can be done by going to the Start Menu, clicking Settings, going to System, then Display.
If this is only occurring on a single screen, you need to make sure that that screen is selected at the top of the page. Then scroll down to the Display Resolution drop-down and change it to a different setting, preferably one close to the currently selected one. Apply that, then go in and change it back to what it was set to before. This will often cause that bar to disappear.
The second way is if your computer has some level of graphics integration is to navigate to your desktop screen, right click and go to the Intel or NVIDIA or other dedicated Graphics Settings option. Go into Display, look for “Scale Full Screen”, then also double check for an option about “Override Application Settings” and make sure it is selected.
If neither of these options removes the issue, I would reach out to Campus Support as it your display drivers may need to be updated.
